Do you send orders intenationally?
At this current time we offer shipment only to UK.
When do you send orders?
We send orders every business day with cut-off time at 1pm.
If you make an order on business day before 1pm – your order will be sent the same day.
If you make an order after 1pm or during the weekend or Bank Holiday – your order will be sent the next business day.
What is the cost of delivery?
We offer free Royal Mail 24 delivery for all UK orders.
How long will it take to get my package?
By default we use Royal Mail 24 for all UK orders. This means your order usually will be with you in 2 or 3 days after the dispatch.
Is there guarantee for delivery?
Yes, we offer guarantee for all deliveries. In the rare cases when the item is lost in the post – means did not reach you in 15 days for UK orders and 20 days for international orders – we will immediately send you the replacement. We kindly request you to wait until this time pass, as in most of the cases the package will arrive late.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return the order?
Yes, you can return purchased goods to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund. Returned items should be undamaged with the tamper evident seals intact. Please note – if you are returning more than 1 item please pack them flat. All Returns must be made at your own cost .
