By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Website.

1. Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and Spitfire Ltd is formed when you place an order through our Website and receive an order confirmation email from us. The confirmation email signifies our acceptance of your offer to purchase and marks the point at which the contract is established.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any transaction if payment authorization fails or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@humandefences.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day when placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend, so any orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. During busy periods, particularly Mondays and Tuesdays, there may be a slight delay, but we strive to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

• UK Orders: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Example: If you order on Monday, your order will likely be packed and shipped on Tuesday, and delivered by Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM on Wednesday will likely be delivered by Thursday or Friday.

• International Orders: 5–20 working days after dispatch.

Please be aware that delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal strikes or customs delays. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

5. Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, please email us at support@humandefences.com within the 30-day window. The items must be returned to us in their original, unopened condition for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spitfire Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of this Website will be governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing outside of the UK, you may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts under applicable consumer law.
